Shipwrecked, the UK's original desert island series, is back by popular demand. Another group of young castaways are marooned in the Aitutaki Atoll in the South Pacific. But this time the drama is doubled as there are now two islands and two tribes of castaways - the Tigers and the Sharks - and they are competing against each other for a big cash prize.
Ultimately, this series will tell the story of a group of 18-23 year olds trying to survive five months living on a totally deserted island and make it attractive enough to entice a newcomer. There are plenty of tears, tantrums and highly explosive competitive drama as promises are forgotten, friendships are betrayed and hearts are broken.
